Our Goals/Objectives
One stop shop for building projects that coordinates all aspects of the build from the initial budget through to managing the renovation team, sourcing and negotiating fit out items, colours and design, trouble shooting and ensuring the finished project exceeds the clients brief under budget and on time.
The Process
Initial meeting to discuss the project. No fee. No obligation.
We then prepare a detailed Action Plan to outline the concept design with costs and other Contractors that will be required. The fee proposal is broken down into stages. Depending on the project one or more of the following stages may be required:
- Concept Design
- Pre-Application meeting with Council
- Town Planning Application
- Building Permit Application
- Tender Process
- Contract Administration
We are happy to be involved in one or all of these stages. Each stage will have a fixed fee.
Renovation BluePrint Stages
- Recommend the most suitable products and the best materials for your project
- Advise you on showrooms for functional, beautiful and reasonably priced fittings and fixtures or research and find (within your budget) fitout items
- We will project-manage the job for you and arrange all quotes from tradespeople.
- Hire and project manage registered, professional and competent contractors
- Organise and submit all council permit applications on your behalf
- Discuss appliances, materials, finishes, handles, taps, basins, tiles, etc
- Manage the process for you, bringing in the plumbers, electricians, cabinet makers and carpenters until the job is completed
With each stage we note the other consultants or costs that may be incurred. There may be other consultants or costs and if there are, we advise in the Action Plan. Knowing your costs before you start helps you budget accordingly.
